Jill Bartholomew is a certified triathlon coach, accomplished endurance athlete, and former technology executive, driven by a passion for helping others unleash their fiercest potential. As the founder and owner of Be Fierce Multisport, she offers structured, supportive, and data-driven coaching to empower athletes of all levels.

Personal Experience
An avid triathlete herself, Jill has competed in multiple IRONMAN World Championships. She has already qualified for both the 2025 IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, and the 2025 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Marbella, Spain, bringing firsthand experience and a fierce competitive spirit to her coaching. She is also a 2025 IRONMAN Foundation Ambassador.
